Izaak Gledhill is an LGBTQIA+ North West artist based here in the North East, whose work seeks to find the extraordinary in the ordinary of every day life. From conversations in taxi's to arguments with sheep, his working class gaze on the stories heard and shared highlight the current state of the world we live in.

Izaak is using the transcripts and recordings of tales from real nurses and nursing students that were collected s research for The Nurses’ Station to create a new piece of documentary theatre. His previous work in this format was the phenomenal 39 horses

Izaak is being joined by mentor Louie Ingham and is looking forward to explore more in verbatim theatre making.
